Our valued customer was looking for a New Product Development (NPD) in materials with low weight and high strength in components used in the Oil and Gas sector. These components used a very high amount of raw material to manufacture and hence they were expensive.Following and in-depth NPD process, our expert material engineers, introduced a Nanoclay filled Polymer that gave the same strength to the Polymer without increasing the overall weight of the component.
This meant significant savings for the customer by reduction in raw material usage yet maintaining the quality of the product.
